Asphalt Crack Filling
Your asphalt pavement is a significant investment that, with proper care, can last for decades. Although cracks in your pavement are unavoidable, if they are properly maintained, water cannot penetrate the pavement's surface, preventing the base from failing.
When water is allowed to seep through the cracks, it erodes the base, reducing the load-bearing capacity of your asphalt. This, in turn, causes fatigue cracking (also known as alligator cracks) and, eventually, the formation of a pothole. If left untreated, these can lead to a costly problem in which the only solution is to tear out the old asphalt and replace it with new.
